Material Handler

Job Description

• Ensure smooth production by managing material supply and removal outside the clean room.
• Transport raw materials and finished goods between the plant and offsite warehouse.
• Wrap finished goods, unload trucks, and organize products in the warehouse.
• Enter data into EAS, handle scrap, and maintain inventory.
• Collaborate with production staff to maintain efficient operations.
• Set up and monitor resin feeding systems, operate dryers, and handle documentation.
• Perform line clearance, troubleshoot issues, and inspect equipment.
• Manage production supplies, maintain housekeeping, and ensure safety compliance.
• Participate in training and adhere to established policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing experience in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Forklift operation experience
• Familiarity with mold machines, SAP, MS Office, and various resins
• Knowledge of GMP in Medical or Food Industry
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
• Proficient in English, team-oriented, with good interpersonal skills
