Our Sustainability Council, led by our Chief Financial Officer, ensures that we have a common framework and understanding of our sustainability strategy in our international and diverse business environment. The Council's work ensures that we have a continuous calibration of corporate, operational, financial and technical perspectives on sustainability and that our business model is continuously reviewed with regard to current and future sustainability issues. 

At Group level, responsibility for sustainability lies with the Group Sustainability department. It supports the Group-wide implementation of the sustainability strategy in the various divisions. At an operational level, the respective sustainability managers of the business units tackle the site-specific challenges in close cooperation and with the support of Group Sustainability. In this way, we are driving forward an integrated, strategy-driven and holistic approach to all topics and achieving synergies by pooling expertise and resources.
