Preparar e regular máquinas, instalando e iniciando câmara quente. Fazer Set-Up. Elaborar ficha técnica. Registrar paradas de máquinas. Reiniciar máquina injetora após qualquer tipo de parada. Ajustar processo quando houver variação nas peças produzidas. Realizar Try-Out. Trocar e fixar moldes em máquinas. Regular parâmetros de máquinas. Detectar defeitos em moldes. Limpar máquinas, equipamentos e acessórios quando necessário. Identificar problemas mecânico e/ou elétrico e solicitar suporte ao departamento de manutenção. Manusear o sistema de água gelada Mycom e industrial. Dar suporte quanto à qualidade dos produtos aos operadores. Distribuir ferramentas máquinas de acordo com o plano de produção otimizando o máximo possível a logística. Fazer liberação de produto para o setor da Garantia da Qualidade. Manter organizado do setor e ferramentas de uso

Qualificações

Experiência no setor de embalagens plásticas.
