Maintenance Engineer (f/w/d)

Job Description

  • Creating a maintenance plan for the organisation’s equipment
  • Provide technical expertise to plant personnel on troubleshooting failures, and repairs, and evaluate whether the equipment is designed to meet its intended or existing service conditions.
  • Standard Maintenance Procedure development and validation
  • Identify faults and efficiency issues
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns, provide first line diagnostic and arrange repairs or replacements
  • Conduct kaizen improvement activities focused on safety, quality, and cost initiatives
  • Keeping a record of preventive and emergency maintenance carried out
  • Conducting frequent quality checks on equipment to ensure no maintenance is required
  • Ensuring that Maintenance Technicians carry out planned maintenance
  • Managing the budget for the maintenance of equipment
  • Taking care for 5S

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical engineering
  • Min. 3+ years of professional experience in the production environment with a focus on plastics processing
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and systems
  • Technical troubleshooting flow paths and techniques
  • Preventive and Corrective maintenance on industrial and process equipment
  • Very good knowledge of central drying systems(Piovan is advantage)
  • Very good knowledge of facility systems(chillers, A/C, water treatment)
  • Good IT skills, Office is a must,  SAP and CMMS are advantage
  • Team player, Proactive, Well motivated.
  • Employment will be with our company in the Republic of North Macedonia.
