Job Description
In your position as Project Manager HR Systems, you will responsible for the implementation, control, administration and maintenance of our global Human Capital and Work Force Management System. Your responsibilities include the following tasks:
- Administrator, Implementer and Technical Contact for our global workforce and human capital management system, SAP SuccessFactors, Paycor, and other systems as needed.
- Responsible for the technical implementation of functional requirements.
- Migration of interfaces to systems.
- Implementation in HR modules and operational processes.
- Provide operational support for integrating new systems/modules into the existing system landscape, as well as coordinating the necessary coordination processes.
- Engage in constructive and trusting collaboration with relevant stakeholders, specialist departments, and internal or external IT.
- Contribute to the continuous technical development of our HR systems and further digitization projects.
Qualifications
To successfully master these responsibilities, you will need the following qualifications:
- A successfully completed degree in business or information technology or a comparable education.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable function, ideally in an (international) corporate environment.
- Deep technical understanding. Ideally, knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors and/or Paycor
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of (HR) process flows with many interfaces.
- Excellent communication skills, team spirit, structured work methods, and fun working with different interfaces in the corporation.
- Fluent English language skills (full proficiency dotted line report to USA and Germany) and willingness to travel around 20%.
