Job Description

Role

  • You support the management in all organizational and administrative matters. Your primary focus will be to support the Managing Director, but you will work with the entire management team
  • Administrative activities include but are not limited to the management of the e-mail inbox, proactive meeting management and coordination, the organization and coordination of travel activities at domestic and international level and the preparation of meeting minutes
  • The company is on an exciting strategy process, which you will accompany closely and support the management in the development of the strategy. This includes the organization and support of workshops as well as the creation of power points. Depending on your interests, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in these area and take over additional responsibilities
  • Consolidation of key figures and creation of the associated reporting

Qualifications

Profile

  • Education in Business field  (HF, university, etc.) or completed commercial education with further training as a management assistant and corresponding professional experience
  • You can quickly switch contexts and have the ability to grasp details fast
  • Fluency in German and English (B2) is an absolute must
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Positive, open minded can-do attitude
  • Used to working independently
  • Loyal behavior at all levels of the company and the highest level of confidentiality are essential
