Job Description
- Independently configure, operate and maintain MES/ERP applications or their parts
- Support in the assessment, selection and modification of new production applications
- Independent implementation of necessary adjustments during productive operation
- Independent integration of the systems into the existing infrastructure (e.g. configuration of input masks, installation of patches, setup of users, checking of access rights)
- Support users, carry out training, consulting and communication measures
- Independent planning of organizational system adjustments in close cooperation with the specialist departments, conception of configurations and migrations (carrying existing databases) as well as checking concepts in the test system.
- Development and implementation of a monitoring approach (including checklists and definition of responsibilities for problem resolution)
- Independently solve system problems or hand over problem solving to others
- Ensuring continuous system information for data subjects and bodies; Formulate and encourage system changes to avoid problems
- Create reports, support reporting from specialist departments
- Development of data backup and backup concepts as well as failure scenarios in accordance with security and quality management specifications
- Independent assurance of data integrity and confidentiality
- Administration of user and authorization concepts, operation of directory services
- Ensuring user support
- Development / use of a uniform evaluation basis (e.g. REFA/MTM) for the work involved and preparation for connected systems
- Create automated production KPI reports with a focus on workforce efficiency
- Creation and optimization of process flows with the help of visualization tools
Qualifications
- 3 years of (technical) university studies (e.g. industrial engineering or comparable) and 5 years of experience in a comparable working environment
- Expert in the areas of production planning, master data and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
- In-depth knowledge in the application, design and further development of production-relevant IT applications (e.g. SAP, MES) and the connected peripherals
- 2-3 years' experience in IT project management (conception, implementation, implementation)
- 2-3 years' experience in process modeling (especially production processes)
- 2-3 years' experience manufacturing processes, materials management, SCM and lean methods
- Experience with tactical personnel deployment planning in the production environment and production controlling
- Foreign language skills in spoken and written English
