Job Description
- Independent opening and processing of orders in the EDP systems provided for this purpose (e.g. SAP, Simple System etc.) according to the respective requirements
- Independent request for offers (e.g. for comparison purposes)
- Negotiate prices after agreement (in coordination with strategic purchasing)
- Independent processing of returns in coordination with the specialist departments
- Operational procurement marketing to avoid procurement logistics problems after coordination
- Independent optimization of order quantities within the scope of procurement processes
- Independent data management in the corresponding systems
- Participation in supplier evaluation, supplier optimization after coordination
- Participation in the optimization of procurement conditions
- Independent handling of necessary administrative tasks (e.g. correspondence, preparatory tasks for accounting and cost calculation etc.)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economy, Logistocs, or a related field (preferred)
- Good knowledge of procurement logistics in an industrial environment
- Good knowledge of supplier management
- Knowledge of order planning and processing
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good IT competence (e.g., ERP, Office etc.)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- English language skills level B2 (spoken and written)
