Job Description

• Independent opening and processing of orders in the EDP systems provided for this purpose (e.g. SAP, Simple System etc.) according to the respective requirements
• Independent request for offers (e.g. for comparison purposes)
• Negotiate prices after agreement (in coordination with strategic purchasing)
• Independent processing of returns in coordination with the specialist departments
• Operational procurement marketing to avoid procurement logistics problems after coordination
• Independent optimization of order quantities within the scope of procurement processes
• Independent data management in the corresponding systems
• Participation in supplier evaluation, supplier optimization after coordination
• Participation in the optimization of procurement conditions
• Independent handling of necessary administrative tasks (e.g. correspondence, preparatory tasks for accounting and cost calculation etc.)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economy, Logistocs, or a related field (preferred)
• Good knowledge of procurement logistics in an industrial environment
• Good knowledge of supplier management
• Knowledge of order planning and processing
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Good IT competence (e.g., ERP, Office etc.)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• English language skills level B2 (spoken and written)
